Biography

Micah Cheatham is the Chief Management Officer for the U.S. National Science Foundation. In this role, he is the principal advisor to the NSF director and deputy director on agency operations, business activities, financial management and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining NSF, Cheatham served in a variety of management and administrative roles at the National Archives and Records Administration, the U.S. General Services Administration and the Internal Revenue Service.

Cheatham holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the London School of Economics and a Master of Arts in applied economics from the University of Michigan.
