Biography

Ms. Bowen is a Program Specialist for the ERC team in the EEC Division. She has been with NSF since 2016. She has worked in many different areas and offices within NSF since then. Ms. Bowen graduated from Rutgers University with her BA in communications with a stellar GPA of 3.91. While continuing her career at NSF Turquoise continued her education and received her Masters of Science in Counseling from John Hopkins University with a 4.00 GPA.
